New version of the Order of the State control over international transfers of dual-use goods entered into force on November 29, 2018.
Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 24, 2010 № 974 "On Amendments to the Procedure for the Implementation of State Control over International Transfers of Dual-Use Goods" came into force on November 29, 2018.
The Resolution was adopted with the aim of introducing in the national legislation the Uniform List of Dual-Use Goods, created on the basis of a similar list of the European Union, and further harmonization of procedures and rules of state export control with the relevant norms and standards of the EU.
The official publication of the resolution is the newspaper Uriadovy Kurier dated 29.11.2018, No. 225.
